First Responders

It’s time to allow yourself to seek out support for the mental, physical and emotional pain you might be going through. I can help.

In March of 2021, I decided to dedicate my life and my clinical knowledge to helping those who selflessly help and protect others. When I realized this just made sense, the world opened up with so many opportunities. I was connecting and reconnecting to agencies, people and trainings that allowed me to feel exhilarated again. I have now dedicated my private practice to helping first responders work through the mental, physical and emotional load they may carry alone. If you are feeling tuned out, distant, in a mental fog, and shut down from those who you love and care about, I’m happy to help you through this. If you find yourself angrier, more irritated, short-fused dreading going home and dreading going to work, I’m happy to talk to you. If you feel stuck in the position or job you are in and are uncertain what to do, I’m happy to sort that out with you. If retirement is upon you and you have no idea what to do after you have dedicated your life to being a first responder, I am happy to help with this transition and help you build purpose outside of your 30 years of service. Its ok to get help, you deserve it.
