Welcome

Coming to therapy can be an exciting and scary experience, either way, my focus is to work alongside you through whatever brings you to therapy. As we start to get to know each other and I have a clear understanding of what troubles you, we will work together to accomplish those needs and create goals specific to your desired outcome. As a Trauma Informed Therapist, I see and understand your experiences from the viewpoint of, what happened to you and how can I help? I utilize EMDR or trauma work to help get you through these troubling times. My approach is honest, empathetic, and truthful.
